• Develop market and opportunity leads within the Oil & Gas Industries, especially in Work over
• Identify new opportunities for business and client needs and requirements then communicate with the IS Team and marketing management in order to achieve an effective and efficient bidding proposal
• Search for new clients who could benefit from our products equipment and services
• Preparation of tender registrations, submission of PQ documents, agreements, and quotations for sales inquiries
• Assist and follow up on the assessment of technical bidding requirements, preparing supporting documents, tender summarize, and related tender
• Manage and assist the team to follow up on projects/tenders by consolidating and maintain a professional relationship with directors, project owners, consultants, engineers, and contractors to achieve the division’s targets, objectives, and goals
• Manage client expectations throughout the sales cycle and closing process
• Strong marketing orientation with the ability to develop strategies to edge out the competition
• Negotiate and manage conflicts using different approaches
• Report to the Marketing Manager Division on the weekly progress of targets and objectives
• Create long-term relationships with clients (developers, consultants & contractors) and ensure that this relationship is based on a win/win situation

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineer
• Excellent computer literate & strong analytical skill
• Good team player & interpersonal skill
• Strong communication skills, including performing presentations on general & industry with a specific topics
• Excellent time management skills, relationship, teamwork & networking
• Working experience min. 10 years in Oil and Gas marketing/business environment
• Comprehensive understanding of the Oil & Gas business environments, issues & current trends
• Excellent communication skills in English (conversation & writing)
• Personality: Discipline and energetic
• Willing to be placed in HO – Jakarta
