Job Description:

• Lead and manage Sales Division for business development Freight Forwarding
• Manage a dedicated team, challenging decisions, set direction, identify new client targets, and support the team in formulating detailed proposals as required

Qualification:

• Maximum age 30 years old
• Minimum 3 years of excellent sales or sales manager experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Team targets oriented and ready to expand new business
• Strong leadership skills with proven success in sales and the ability to motivate, encourage and support team members to achieve targets
• Good knowledge of forwarding and logistics business is compulsory
• Fluent in English written & verbal and able to operate office software
• Able in Mandarin verbal is an advantage
