Job Responsibilities:

• Support the overall processes of human capital management including organization and people development.
• Maintain the existing HR systems and support the initiatives regarding to HR digitization.
• Gather and analyze data using the HR metrics for management dashboard.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor / government regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Management/Business, Psychology, Human Resources are preferred).
• Having minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Retail Human Resources with specific strength in Organization Development and Administration .
• Additional training/certification in Human Resources could be advantageous.
• Having good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Proven effective communication and facilitating skills.
• Having good leadership as well as interpersonal skill.
