ob Description :

• Understanding in Purchasing Import regulation issues, custom clearance, documentation and logistics
• Issue Purchase Order and Follow up to Overseas Supplier to get fix delivery date / ETD-ETA
• Monitor shipments progress to forwarder until arrival
• Provide and daily update monitoring report / import report
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Able to join immediately

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree any Majoring
• Have good computer literate ( Microsoft Office )
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• High motivated and have good conduct of behavior.
• Energetic and strong negotiation skill.
• Willing to work hard, discipline, fast learner, possess highly initiative, honest and trustworthy.
• Be able to work fast and accurate, in order to fulfill high volume of purchasing activity.
• Have a good skill in communication and maintain good relationship with vendor.
• Willing to work in Marunda Center, Bekasi.
