Lowongan Manufacturing Engineering Manager di PT Fluid Sciences Batam

·      You will be responsible to provide technical leadership and support for the development, implementation of process techniques and methods in the manufacturing of the companys products. The process includes special processes such as welding, heat treat, chemical processing.

·      You will be responsible to lead the daily operations of the manufacturing engineering department and manage projects in support of manufacturing process continuous improvement.

·      You will be responsible to manage, setup and commissioning of new product line, including implementation of customer specific requirements.

·      You will manage all process changes within the plant and lead communication initiatives between the plant and customers to resolve technical issues.

·      You will develop manufacturing technology capabilities, lead the implementation of new technologies and capital expenditure projects and manage activities to ensure accurate forecast of capacity, cost and lead times is achieved consistently.

·      You will are required to lead, execute and deploy an established manufacturing engineering process to ensure the objectives and KPI targets are met consistently.

The Requirements for this position are :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing Operations, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment in a MNC organization with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Good knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing techniques. Candidates with Six Sigma Green belt and above certification will have an advantage.
• Possess relevant experience in project management, manufacturing process continuous improvement, process troubleshooting and investigation and familiar with problem solving tools such as 8D
• Possess knowledge in common machining process such as turning, milling and grinding.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving, decision making and project management skills
• Strong leadership and motivational ability as well as an excellent team player
• Task and Result orientated.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
