Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology.
• At least over 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Basic understanding of Human Resource Management and Organization Business Process.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Confident to work with targets, Energetic, Creative, and Initiative.
• Proficient in English.

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in designing and implementing recruitment plans and processes to meet short and long-term staffing needs.
• Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates while efficiently moving the interview process forward.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from creating job descriptions, screening resumes to finalizing offers.
• Interview candidates and provide management with hiring recommendations.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires from creating offer letters, performing reference and background checks to facilitating HR Orientation.
• Help with building culture and planning events, employee activities, celebrations.
• Answering employees questions and provide requested information.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
• Identify potential employee-relations issues and make recommendations to management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
