Lowongan Production Manager di PT Ohtori Indonesia

Job Desc :

1.      Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines;

2.      Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems and reporting results;

3.      Assess and develop employee skillsets to ensure technicians are developed for the parts and processes they will be supporting;

4.      Monitor production to resolve issues;

5.      Checks manufacturing equipment and control points to ensure efficient workflow is maintained.

Requirement :

1.      Minimum 10 years experiences in a manufacturing environment including 5 years of supervisory managerial experience;

2.      Knowledge of various industrial manufacturing concepts, practices and procedures;

3.      Record of successful managerial experience within a manufacturing or service environment in the valve industry or a related business;

4.      Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with engineering and production and machining operations;

5.      Understanding of manufacturing processes, especially for valves : Gate, Ball, Globe, Check Valves.

6.      Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential;

7.      Experience in reporting on key production metrics;

8.      Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.
