Our company is currently in search of a highly analytical and qualified estimator to join our growing business. Your central goal will be to prepare accurate estimate reports for projects by gathering information, analyzing important metrics, and conducting regular risk assessments.

Project Estimator

• Having experience more than 10 years in Interior and Furniture Construction Company is a must
• Fluent in mathematics/architecture/interior/civil engineering, with in-depth knowledge of research and data analysis methods and estimation systems.
• Excellent communicator (candidates must be detail orientated
• Outstanding organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collect different quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Analyze company data, monitor budgets and prices.
• Review and assess cost estimates.
• Identify labor, material, costs, and time requirements by researching proposals, blueprints, and any related documents.
• Prepare detailed cost estimate reports.
• Conduct regular risk assessments.
• Oversee the different stages of a company project to ensure that expenses follow the forecast plan.
• Present complex and detailed reports to management.
• Preparing and submitting quotations for work.
• Preparing with bids for new contracts and supporting buying activities.
• Monitoring the stages of a project to make sure that costs are kept in line with forecasts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics/architecture/interior/civil engineering or relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years as an estimator for Interior and Furniture projects.
• Proficient in relevant software including AutoCAD, MS Office, advanced MS Excel with formula.
• Excellent in mathematics, data analysis, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, knowledgeable, attention to detail, accurate, diligent, and analytical.
