Build career matching and company management products that fulfill the needs of the workers and company in professional environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce quality UI/UX design solutions through high fidelity wireframes
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners
• Providing guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies, testing activities, and predict user behavior
• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design
• Candidates can work on their own and part of agile team 

Requirements:

• MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK and WRITE IN ENGLISH PROFICIENTLY
• Minimal 3+ years of relevant work experience in UI/UX design
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both Android mobile and web platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering(Computer), Design, HCI or similar fields
• Critical thinking about the flows and scenarios for each business requirement and flow
• Visuals that are clear, fun, and interactive. Visual communications are well executed, has a clear hierarchy, and express the brand cohesively and consistently.
• Working knowledge of the following design tools and technologies: Figma (preferred), HTML, CSS, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Cloud Suites
• A passion for learning products, children, and/or games is a plus
• WORK FROM OFFICE in Jakarta, Kelapa Gading area
