Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Technical Major or Business Major
• Candidate with Mechanical engineering major will be additional value
• Good knowledge for Chiller and Airside
• Has 5 - 10 years experiences in related field
• Has a knowledge and experiences in HVAC system, relationship with ME consultant in Indonesia, relationship with building owner/Property developer in Indonesia, relationship with building maintenance key people (chief engineer), relationship with HVAC/ME Contractors in Indonesia
• Should car driving ability, good health, presentation capability, nice appearance will be advantage.
• Candidate shall be able to mingle with everyone with different background (race, religion, background, education level, ect), obey to compliance rules and abide to law
• Well communicate in English language both oral and written
• Able to operate Excell, Word, and powerpoint
• Will need to do arroung 50% of his/her time to travel inside Indonesia, sometimes overseas
• Good people handling skill and enjoy meet people

Job description :

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to forecast sales volumes and revenue. Adjust strategies as needed to meet changing market conditions.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
• Responsible for leading and managing the sales department to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational sales objectives.
