Lowongan Leasing Executive for Plaza Senayan di PT Senayan Trikarya Sempana

Duties & Responsibilities:

Involved in all leasing matters, including but not limited to:

·        Assisting with new leasing projects and researching new prospective tenants, maintaining the tenancy mix, executing and monitoring all the phases of the leasing process from negotiation and until the Lease is signed, and establishing a trusting relationship with tenants and prospective tenants.

·        Handling administrative tasks and legal aspects of retail leasing, preparing all documents, agreements, reports, and maintaining database.

Qualifications:

·        Degree in a related field

·        Background in retail/marketing or law is a plus

·        Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills

·        Proven experience in creating and implementing marketing strategy

·        Proven experience in producing correspondence and documents in English

·        High attention to details, good time management, strong planning and organization skills

·        Good knowledge of retail brands and up to date with retail / fashion and F&B trends
