Job Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in Creative & Marketing. Beauty industry experience is a plus point
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa & English 
• Strong project management and creative thinking
• Comprehensive skill of strategic planning & leadership
• Familiar with digital advertising tools
• WFO in Joglo, Jakarta Barat

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and implement campaign strategy for every marketing activity in social media and/or offline event to increase brand awareness and strengthen brand presence
• Monitor market trends, research consumer behavior and competitors activities to identify opportunities
• Manage photoshoot from pre-production until post production
• Develop appropriate advertising to improve brands positioning
• Initiate, cooperate and coordinate with other teams to ensure every sales program works well with marketing activity, such as promotions, bundling package, brand collaborations, etc.
• Always up to date with beauty trends and coordinate with other teams for social media content implementation
