Job Description :

• Must be willing to occasionally travel to other parts of Indonesia.
• Interested and willing to learn about lighting, construction and architecture.
• Must have intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), AutoCAD and 3D software and preparing presentation.
• Liaise with designers concerning interior design layouts and drawings standard.
• Identifying and communicating potential problems to the team.
• Read and understand 2D and 3D technical drawings.
• Creating documents included in the sales process (e.g specification sheets, timelines, schedule, status reports).
• Create visualisation documents such as schematic diagrams, installation details, and elementary 3D / Dialux renderings.

Job requirement :

• 25 35 years old.
• Candidate must possess a diploma or above in interior design/ architecture or equivalent.
• Proficiency in software [AutoCAD, sketchup or 3ds max, adobe / corel Photoshop (illustrator will be beneficial)].
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proactive and conscientious team player.
• Able to work independently with responsibility.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
•  High integrity and attention to details.
• Develop the concept into a design.
• Make project presentations.
• Determine the material to be used in the design
• Understand in reading and making wiring diagrams.
• Coordinate with vendors and supervise buildings in the field.
• Willing to be based in Kuningan, Jakarta.
