As Sales Manager, you will lead and be responsible for managing the sales target of Easybiz’s products and services, also monitoring and managing sales team performance to ensure the achievement of the target.  
Requirements:  

• Minimum 10 (ten) years of experience in the Sales field (preferably in the services industry); 
• Proven Experience in Business to Business (B2B) Sales;  
• Have experience in managing and growing team members and reviewing team performance;  
• Excellent ability to draw up business proposals, as well as good presentation and communication skills, both online and offline;  
• Fluency in English is a must;  
• Proven experience in planning and implementing sales strategies;
• Excellent ability in negotiation;
• Capable to firm discipline, by giving rewards and punishment to the team;
• Great attention to detail, ability to insist on high standards, and proven ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
