Manulife Indonesia GA Financing & Selection is to lead and develop selection process of all Agency financing recruitment before we pass it to Onboarding team. It is crucial for the team to work along with Agency Strategy team, Agency Support team, Agency Line 1B team, as well as Agency sales team to support recruitment through financing program.

Agency Financing Selection support is crucial to help day-to-day task to ensure timely and accurate selection process. In general, admin support is divided by regular financing and special financing.

We are looking for someone with: 

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• 3-5 years’ experience in Agency distribution channel
• Good with numbers, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
• Able to speak English and write reports in English
• Strong execution with high attention to details, strong stakeholder management skills
• Able to communicate with different teams effectively

Nice to Haves: 

• Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders 

On the job you will: 

• Support overall Regular and Special Financing for General Agency doing selection process which included to summarize candidate profile and give the standard using the financing guidelines
• Working closely with Head of Quality Recruitment, Head of Agency Recruitment, Chief of Agency - GA and Territory Head to define and assess candidate profile and financing package
• Working closely with Agency Strategic team related with the financing package and approval process
• Working closely with Agency Support related with contract, Transition Bonus payment, and monthly financing,
• Working with timeline for end to end proses Recruitment Financing starting from document submitted until contract and TB payment process.
• Liaise and work closely with GA Owners regarding all candidates, budget recruitment availability
• Summarize and communicate internally and to GA Owners related to recruitment budget balance
• Provide daily pipeline report for Agency team.
