Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Directly in-charge for Quality control of raw material and finished good.
Prepare quality control outgoing or incoming Flavor for taste or odor evaluation according to sensory protocol.
Perform raw materials/finished product test which includes visual checking for appearance.
Perform analytical analysis covering physical and chemical as well as microbial testing.
Physical properties for re-active index and specific gravity where applicable.
Release results in system.
Specification maintenance for Kerry system Flavor of finished goods or raw materials
Monitor microbial test and Environmental monitoring program.
Maintain spare-parts list and internal calibration of all analytical equipment on time
Call Service Engineer for external calibration when schedule is up
Flash point record data entry and filing
Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of all analytical instruments e.g. GC, Spectrophotometers, Master Sizer, etc.
Be part of the sensory panel list either for Flavor raw materials and finished goods.
Maintaining retained and reference sample
Preparing SOP for analytical testing.
Support quality system and certification process.
