Sambaki Tambang Sentosa is a national private mining company that specializes in nickel ore mining, based on the Decree of the Regent of East Halmahera. Our production operation of nickel ore covering an area of 4,480 hectares located Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province. We have been operating since 2020 and aspire to become a Global Scale Integrated Nickel Producer, which is Environmentally Friendly. Our mission is to implement good mining rules, carry out human resource management, and contribute to the progress and development of the country through environmentally friendly practices.

Role Description

This role on-site role as a Human Resources Business Partner - Mandarin Speaker located in the Jakarta SCBD. As a member of the HR team, you will be responsible for managing the full employee life cycle like Performance, Organization Development, Compensation and Benefit. You will work closely with our business leaders to identify and address HR issues and challenges. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR colleagues to develop solutions, and implement and improve HR programs, processes, and policies to support the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, or in a related role
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English languages, both verbal and written
• Deep understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws and regulations in Indonesia
• Experience developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence leaders.
• A proactive, customer-focused, and solutions-oriented approach to HR
• Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations.
