Job Description:

As the General Manager or Senior Manager of Sales at PT. Tiga Berlian Electric, you will be responsible for:

·        Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

·        Managing and leading a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.

·        Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the air conditioning industry.

·        Identifying market opportunities, analyzing competitors, and adapting strategies to ensure market leadership.

·        Collaborating with other departments to align sales activities with the company's overall goals.
