Lowongan COMPLETION ENGINEER di PT Enecal Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Discuss with customer representatives and production engineer for completion plan and activities.
• Prepare and function test completion equipment.
• Make completion running tally and completion schematic, job log and timesheet.
• Make up and run completion string and complete the well successfully.
• Trouble shooting for completion operation.
• Cooperate with other field crew for completion operation.
• Do regular inventory and maintenance to completion supporting equipment and tools.
• Inventory completion equipment stock in company and customer warehouse if needed.
• Daily report to management for completion operation progress, report for any issue or incident happens on completion fields.
• Follow Company and customer HSE regulations and protocols to keep safe operation.
• Keep personal health fit for work and follow arrangement for annual MCU. Do medical consultation and take medicine if needed.
• Always be ready for callout to go to field operation.
• Make customer satisfied with completion operation and always keep integrity and reputation.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with MS in Petroleum/Oil & Gas or Well Engineering.
• 5 years of relevant work experience in Well Construction, Completion design and operations, Well intervention, Workover and well abandonment in oil and gas company is a must
• Experience working with Halliburton, Baker Hughes or Schlumberger will be advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work well with colleagues across all businesses/cultures, achieve objectives through effective influencing, and establish credibility with senior leaders.
• Excellent analytics and problem-solving, including ability to form hypotheses and move forward in the absence of complete information.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills and computer literate
