Sales Manager

Requirements:

·        Must have engineering degree (BS) from an accredited college/university

·        Knowledge and familiarity of Elliott & Ebara products, policies, procedures and conditions of sale, and financing is preferred

·        Must have experience working with sales representative and good understanding of Company compliance policies relating to sales representatives is preferable

·        Must have previous in-depth experience in Indonesian domestic sales through field engineering

·        Must have previous experience in business including sales to domestic government corporations, financing, supervision of Indonesian domestic sales representatives

·        Must have a working knowledge of personnel practices including selection, promotion, transfer, compensation of direct employees

Job Descriptions:

·        involves primarily planning, supervising, coordinating and administering the activities of company employees and representatives in handling sales, coordinating service, and promotional activities for both Elliott & Ebara products

·        responsibility for achieving desired results in customer coverage, quotation response time, sale of equipment, and coordination with all involved officers and departments within the company and coordination of sales activity with the Elliott & Ebara products group

·        responsible for analysing market potential within the area of responsibility and in conjunction with immediate supervisor sees to proper staffing and/or representation on a justifiable basis

·        responsible for export-import requirements

·        responsible for training both employees and sales representatives
