Job Descriptions:

• Human Resource Planning to knowing the future needs of the company
• Establish, manage, and maintain employee and industrial relations in conducive and positive climate in accordance with Government Laws & Regulations, Company Regulation, Policies and Procedures.
• Plan, develop and review within the standard operating procedures of Human Resources Management
• Responsible in services of personnel administration included payroll, leave, sick, medical expense, meal and transport expense
• Organize, coordinating and monitor the process of employee's performance appraisal
• Administer and setting process Recruitment, Promotion, Movement (Transferring, Rotation or Mutation), Termination, Retirement and Rehire)
• Able to devise and implement long-term strategic plans for the HR department aligned with the company’s overall goals
• Familiarity with modern HR technologies, such as HR Information Systems (HRIS Namely, HRIS ORacle,HRIS WebHR, etc.) would be beneficial to the role

We are hiring a Human Resource and General Affair Manager to join a collaborative and innovative team in PT. Equinox Teknologi Indonesia.

Job Qualifications:

• Age between 25-35 years old
• Bachelor degree from reputable university with GPA 3.00/4.00
• Minimum 5 years experience as HR General (recruitment, training, and general affair)
• Good knowledge about HR
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Good leadership ability
