Lowongan Legal & Compliance di PT China Telecom Indonesia

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal support and advisory services to the relevant business units to protect the company’s interest in day to day business activities;
2. Ensure that contractual agreements appropriately address regulatory issues and other business risks;
3. Draft and/or review contracts, agreements and other documents in relation to any transaction, projects or deals;
4. Provide assistance in acquiring permits and licenses;
5. Familiar with ISP,JARTAPTUP,JARTAPLOK

Requirements:

1. Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university;
2. At least 3 years of similar experience in Telecommunication industry;
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage);
4. Expertise in the legal practice of the industry in Indonesia;
