Lowongan CHPP Shift Supervisor (Coal Handling Processing Plant) di PT Maruwai Coal

The Shift Supervisor is accountable for:

• Implementing the Health, Safety, and Environmental programs in the CHPP area.
• Supervising the plant operation crew with the correct procedure in order to safely achieve the production target.
• Ensuring that all activities in the shift operation are managed safely, effectively, and efficiently.
• Coordinating with the Process and Control Engineers, Mining and Hauling Department, and Fixed Plant Maintenance Department for reference and guidance in operating the plant.

Requirements;

• D3 in Technical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 5 Years experience in CHPP operations (3 years as CHPP Shift Supervisor) or Vocational School (SMK-Technical) with 10 years experience in CHPP operations (5 years as CHPP Shift Supervisor).
• Certified POP will be an advantages
• Good and familiar with coal washing plant
• Willing to work in remote area with roster working day
• Strong leadership & Coordination
• Good in communication
