Job Description:

1. Responsible for analyzing product requirements and developing product designs.

2. Gather various types of information, including industry trends, industry policies, and regulatory policies.

3. Collaborate closely with the business team to continuously explore business needs. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to enhance the product's competitiveness in the industry. Regularly provide research reports.

4. Monitor and evaluate product business data, perform product operation analysis, compile data reports, and address any issues that arise.

5. Validate and conduct compliance checks on the latest product updates.

6. Monitoring CS and Telemarketing

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/Master’s Degree in related fields

2. Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis.

3. Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility are preferred.

4. Having experience minimum of years in Fintech / Bank / Finance Industry

5. Good proficiency in Mandarin & English both oral & written
