Key Responsibilities

• Develop brand and campaign storytelling, taglines, scripts, and communication twist that stands out above the competition that is compelling and based on deep research and insights
• Develops the strategy of high-level copywriting in campaigns that catch the attention of the audience
• High-level problem-solving to unlock improvements in every part of the campaign such as insight typo, copy that is more concise, strong vision for how our key account brands should speak and behave in the social universe.
• Gives strategic direction and executes strategic concepts together with both internal and external creative team
• Great communication and presentation skills, Able to present ideas to both internal teams and, occasionally, externally to clients with structure and parity
• Conduct research - especially on how to link your copy creation more closely with business outcomes
• Led, nurtured, and grow a high-performing Copy team
• Expresses ideas with clarity; on brand; on message and targeted to audience
• Orchestrating cross-functional agency resources to achieve agency business target

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of working experience in reputable Advertising and Digital Agency and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Copywriter;
• Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, Marketing or Communication, and other relevant field
• Have in-depth knowledge of brand development, know how to make a brand more loved and cross-functional integrated marketing models (includes advanced digital marketing channels)
• Highly experienced in Copywriting: you would already have a proven winning portfolio that’s been used across the spectrum of industries: in this hiring process, we will be requesting your favorite work in the brand tagline, TVC script, communication twist, your most successful campaign, and applicants without a portfolio mentioned above will be ignored. This is not an article-based nor annual reports type of work.
• A digital and social savvy that keeps up with emerging creative trends and disruptions across a wide spectrum of marketing thinking, culture, and technologies and is able to give a clarity of ideation on how they could create business impact for our clients.
• A team player. Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills. Outstanding written, verbal, and emotional Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and meet deadlines in a fast paced, agency environment.
• Experienced in building, managing, leading, and inspiring creative, collaborative, and high-performing account teams
• Willing to be placed in Ancol, North Jakarta.
