An exciting F&B venue in Berawa, Bali, owned by a Michelin-star chef, is gearing up for its opening and is currently seeking young and talented professionals to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is preferred

2. At least 3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and bahasa

4. Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and handling various types of inquiries and situations.

5. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, appointments, and responsibilities effectively.

6. Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with modern communication tools.

7. Strong problem-solving skills 

8. Ability to lead and mentor junior receptionists, providing guidance and support.

9. Available to join immediately, domicile in bali 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring a positive first impression and providing a welcoming environment.

2. Managing appointments and schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

3. Supervising and mentoring junior receptionists, providing training and support as needed.

4. addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, and directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.

5. Performing general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.

6. Handling escalated issues and finding effective solutions to challenges that arise.

7. Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth communication flow and collaboration.
