We are a new veterinary company with plans to revolutionise the pet care industry in Indonesia and beyond. We will have our first full-scale animal hospital in PIK, Jakarta Utara and are looking for the ideal candidate to work as a customer services assistant. You will need to be passionate about animals (mainly cats and dogs but plenty of other pets too), with a really friendly personality, and a genuine desire to excel and build a career with us. 

Previous hospitality experience is essential, both in regards to face-to-face experience and speaking with customers over the phone/chat. 

We are looking for someone who really cares about their job, can take ownership over their actions, and want to the go that extra mile to ensure our customers receive the best in customer care.

A good level of both Bahasa and English is essential – both spoken and written.

Highly organised and efficient.

Polite and friendly, and the ability to interact with customers. 

An ability to learn scheduling software.

Experience in a customer-facing role (sales / hospitality) is essential.

Must be ambitious, service oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
