Lowongan Legal Permit Manager di PT Makmur Elok Graha

Makmur Elok Graha (MEG) is developing mixed-use property and now looking for Legal Permit Manager with qualification and job details below:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Law, postgraduate degree will be preferred.
• Minimal 10 years experience as Legal Manager and solid experience within the project.
• Minimal 2 different project experiences handling legal permit
• Excellent understanding of national/international contract system
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Understand the stages and workflow of the project in general
• Target oriented.
• Willing to go on a business trip for a long period of time

Job Details:

• Coordinate with related party for manage License Documents such as: building, business, working permit license.
• Ensure SOPs run according to regulations
• Make monthly reports on work performance and problems in the field
• Other tasks delegated by the Senior Project Manager / Project Director
• Coordinate with legal team in head office Jakarta
• Prepare project work contracts
• Prepare work contracts for the purchase of goods and services
• Coordinate with related third party to review and evaluate their activities.
