Job Description
- Process monthly payroll include calculation OT and all statutory submission (BPJS health, employment, and pension)
- Administer personnel monthly report (Payroll, Income Tax, Headcount, FTE, absenteeism)
- Administer employee medical, insurance claims, attendance
- Maintain accuracy HR database
- Handling employee relations (engagement activities, communications, enquiries on welfare and benefits topic)
- Ensure that HR standards and procedures comply with company regulation, ISO 14001, and labour law
- Maintain and renew legal document (company deeds, company license, employee contract, etc.)
- Handling for employee’s travel (ticket, visa, hotel)
- Filling legal and employee’s document
- Other ad hoc related to the position
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Accounting, Management, Human Resources or equivalent.
Experience
- Having minimum 5 years’ experience in the same field. Preferable has been working in a manufacturing company.
- Having good understanding in labour law and labour administration (Payroll, Income Tax, BPJS, insurance, etc.)
- Having good understanding on legal documents (company deeds, company license, employee contract, etc.)
Skills and Abilities
- Detail-oriented & well-organized
- Multitasking, responsive and initiative
- Able to communicate in English (active)
- Mastering Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Possess excellent teamwork skills
- Familiar with HRIS and social insurance portals (SIPP BPJS TK, EDABU BPJS Kes)
