Lowongan HRIS Supervisor di PT Pratama Abadi Industri

Responsibility:

• Design, develop, test, and direct on-going administration of the Human Resource Information System including selection of software and hardware
• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot the HR System based on business needs & requirements into technical configuration in system
• Supervise maintenance and processing of employee data base records
• Create monthly payroll report and general ledger
• Facilitate all users to optimize the function of HRIS

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, or equivalent
• Min. 3 years experience in HCM/HRIS/Business Analyst
• IT and system savvy, exposure to use of HR systems like SAP or ERP
• Deep knowledge of PHP and developing web basis
• Well-understand about Labor Law and Payroll Management System
• Good analytical and structured thinking
• Excellent problem solving and communication skill
