As NBD, you will acquire A NEW BUSINESS for our agency. The primary focus is to achieve sales targets and ensure the sustainable growth of our agency business.

Key Responsibilities

• Find a new client and leads
• Handle project pitch
• Support client service needs and achieve client’s business and campaign goals
• Coordinates with the team to ensure campaign plan objectives are delivered on time and on budget
• Conduct an intense + active communication and business relationship with clients and be the front-liner to represent the agency in a great manner
• Collaborate with all agency resources to achieve agency sales target

Qualifications:

• Highly experienced in New Business Development: You would already have a PROVEN GREAT AND LOYAL NETWORK across the spectrum of industries that need Marketing Services: In this hiring process, we will be requesting your network list, and applicants without network and portfolio will be ignored.
• At least 5 years of working experience in reputable Advertising, Marketing, and Digital Agency as a New Business Development / Senior Account Manager / Account Director;
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• A digital and social savvy who keeps up with emerging creative trends and disruptions across a wide spectrum of marketing thinking, culture, and technologies and is able to give a clarity of ideation on how they could create business impact for our clients.
• A team player. Brilliant interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Outstanding written, verbal, Bahasa and English
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, agency environment.
• Experienced in building, managing, and leading a high-performing account teams
• Willing to be placed in Ancol, North Jakarta.
