Job Overview:

Project Marvel 2 is a major strategic project for Unilever being executed by Unilever Oleochmical Indonesia (UOI). The project involves setting up of Crude Palm Oil refining, hydrogenation, splitting, distillation, fractionation, glycerine and soap noodle plants in line with the expansion strategy of UOI. The role reports to Project Manager – Design and Construction

Job Qualifications:​

• Civil & Structural Professional Diploma, Technical or Engineering Degree is essential. Mi
• nimum 10 years of experience in C&S design, Construction & Project activities. 
• Experience of leading and delivering Project Services in Greenfield and Brownfield projects ​
• Broad familiarity with different construction techniques, their risks and practical mitigations.
• Experience in dealing with local authorities / regulatory for submissions and approvals
• Experience in all safety related aspects in C&S design
• Track record in developing a proactive safety culture on large construction projects, with multiple contractor groups and a diverse local workforce while preparing tender documents.

Professional Skills:​

• Experience in Project Civil & Structural Design and Construction .
• Well conversant with the use of Civil and Project related software applications (Auto CAD, MS office etc.).
• Proven track record of analytical thinking and project management​.
• Site Contractor Management.
• Construction Risk Assessment.
• Experience of managing high value budgets within a project or operational environment.
• Fluent in English Language and preferably Indonesian.
