Lowongan Sales & Marketing Division Head di PT Integra Indo Lestari

Job Purpose:

Driving The Company sales by setting sales plans & strategies, developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, deliver best customer services, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working with Management to develop targeted sales strategies
• Conducting market research on rival products & understand the markets
• Prospecting new buyers and potential partners
• Promoting products (Furniture, Gesso, Millwork, dan Plywood) of existing companies and introduce products to new target markets both domestic and worldwide market.
• Allocate internal resources include sales team to optimize sales target.und
• Understand the sales departments' financial data

Requirements:

• 10 years minimum experience in similar position 
• Have a relevant degree such as Collage and Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, MBA, Leadership, Engineering and Communication.
• Worldwide exposure networking for wooden product especially furniture.
• High-level communication and A passion for sales.
• Understanding of commercial trends and strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques & strategies.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
