Lowongan Finance Supervisor di PT Kaltimex Energy

Qualification:

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting from reputable university.
2. Have experience of min. 5 years in the same field.
3. Familiar with Tally accounting software or other Accounting System.
4. Understand applicable regulations related to taxation.
5. Sufficient skill to prepare reports and communicate in English language.
6. Detail Oriented, Good leadership and Time Management Skill.

 Job Description:

1. Lead the finance team by ensuring all the tasks are managed well on a daily basis.
2. Monitor and check transactions and balance of bank and petty cash.
3. Checks the balance of outstanding bills transactions to be same as balance of General Ledger and ensure bill wise and currency wise accounts are maintained for Account Receivable and Account Payable.
4. Cross check tax obligations of the company with General Ledger before payment (PPh 21, 22, 23, 25, PPn).
5. Prepare reports along with supporting documents: Balance Sheet, Incoming statement Cash Flow projection and Budget Vs Actual.
6. Be responsible to supervise and train subordinates for handling all tasks related to the finance division.
7. Be able to support the financial audit with external auditors.
8. Be able to conduct asset management control and hold period audit at all locations of the company.
