Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Management System (QMS) located in Lamongan, East Java. The Quality Management System (QMS) will be responsible to monitoring of the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with established standards as well as identifying and resolving quality issues. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining a high-quality standard as well as reporting on non-conformances and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

1. Quality Auditing and Quality Management skills
2. Analytical skills to identify trends and ensure compliance with established standards
3. Ability to create and maintain reports related to non-conformances and corrective action plans
4. Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles, CPPIB, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
5. Have experience doing Total Quality System (TQS)
6. Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
7. Bachelor's degree in Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, Engineering, Food Science, or related field
8. Experience in the aquafeed industry is a plus
