Job Desc :

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document system requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit detailed project requirements.
• System Design: Create functional and technical design specifications based on gathered requirements.
• System Evaluation: Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or optimization. Provide recommendations for system enhancements.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation including user manuals, system documentation, and project plans.
• Coordination: Act as a liaison between business units and DMS teams. Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure project success.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans and conduct thorough testing to ensure system functionality and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing.
• Implementation: Oversee the implementation of new systems or system changes, ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on time and within budget.
• Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the new systems or software.
• Post-Implementation Support: Offer ongoing support and maintenance for systems, addressing issues, and implementing updates as needed. And conduct evaluation after implementation
• Security and Compliance: Ensure that systems comply with security protocols and regulatory requirements. Implement security measures to protect sensitive data.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in system modeling and design tools.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and project management.
• Familiarity with database management (Postgres, MySQL, MSSQL) and SQL.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with specific technologies and tools relevant to the organization (e.g., DMS systems, CRM software, data analytics tools).
• Knowledge of automotive Industry business process.
