Job Description:
- Handle Sea Freight Operation for NVOCC documentation requirement
- Handle for make payment request and payment schedule to carriers
- To ensure HBL, MBL, Invoice to shipper and agent are being processed completely
- Familiar with ISF, AMS, ENS, ACI, eManifest, filing
- Communicated by email with Customer/Partner Agent/Head Office
- Handle customer requirement for document and complaint
Requirement:
- Candidate must posse at least a Diploma, Bachelor degree from any field
- Experience as a coordinator is preferred
- Requirement languages: English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiar with export procedures and document related
- Minimum 2 year experience in NVOCC, Freight Forwarding and Logistics. Advantage in USA Trade
- Good computer skill with computer program and Microsoft office
- Able to work under pressure and deadline
- Responsible and work proactively
- Full-time position
