Lowongan TENDER & COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST di PT Lps Indonesia

Main Responsibilities

• To perform all procurement activities including bidding process, starting from searching tender information, registration, prequalification and tendering submission.
• Daily Tender Announcement check, distribute to all the line manager, register tender, follow up registered tender, read through and review tender documents before preparing all supporting documents such as administrative licenses, technical support data sheet, and commercial proposal.
• Plan and manage office administration, Company legal documentation and general office operation.
• Preparation of tender registration, prequalification of tender, prepare tender proposals include administrative, technical and commercial calculation (Local Content calculation, breakdown price calculation), arrange and compile for document submission.
• Other duties as directed, not limited to following: Liaise with legal department on legal issue, liaise with customers related to contract establish and amendment, liaise with insurance/Bank and finance team for the performance bond and Bid bond.
• Be the internal audit team for ISO and OHSAS and all the administrative related matters.
• Assist Supervisor in Administrative matters whenever required.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree
• Have Minimum 5 years of compliance/legal/audit experience in Shipping Agency company or similar field.
• Should have knowledge in PTK007 latest version tendering process and CIVD vendor Database system, Good in business English, analytical skill, and facilitation skill.
