We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to oversee financial aspects and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning. You will be responsible for assessing the financial performance of the company as well as possible risks and investments. You are reliable professional with broad knowledge to all accounting, financial and business principles. You are strategic thinker and effective leader who can make the most effective decisions.

Job Responsibilities :

• Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks
• Lead the Team to deliver timely and detailed reports on financial performance on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Conduct analysis to make forecasts and strategic financial and business insights
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Additional controller duties as necessary

Job Requirements :

• Min. Degree holder majoring in accounting, finance or relevant field with more than 8 – 12 years of relevant working experience
• Prior experience in farming/agriculture/manufacturing industries or large scale organization is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles and best practices
• Sound strategic and decision making capability
• Hands-on, driven and influential leader
• Ability to communicate in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (min. conversational) is preferred.
• Willing to be based in Palembang/Pontianak or other cities in Sumatra/Kalimantan, and travel when necessary
