Lowongan SALES/ACCOUNT MANAGER di PT Gihon Telekomunikasi Indonesia

Responsibilities :

·      Monitor & evaluate the sales team to streamline & motivate with clear communication, strong leadership & discipline execution.

·      Perform monitoring & evaluation among sales team to ensure the day to day business execution are keep on the track.

·      Monitoring the sales activity to ensure compliance with selling process governance & policy.

·      Plan, manage, monitoring the branding/event/direct acquisition initiatives to create demand & boost the sales volume also fulfill the BTS Revenue target

·      People Management

·      Monitor & maintain salesforce capability, morale, motivation, also fulfilment to ensure business continuity and pipeline leadership

·      Perform review on salesforce evaluation & rotation to keep the salesforce are put on the right place also reducing the salesforce attrition rate

Requirements :

·      Bachelors Degree in any field

·      Minimum 5 years experience as Sales Manager especially in Telco industry

·      Strong communication and presentation skills

·      Good ability to train people (coaching & mentoring)

·      Result oriented

·      Telco Product & Network Knowledge will be an advantage.

·      Soft skills: Good analytical thinking, Strategic thinking, Leadership, Problem Solving, Negotiation, Project Management, Team Management, & Agility
