Job Descriptions:

• Translate Mandarin-Indonesian, Indonesian - Mandarin (both orally and in writing)
• Support all administrative task
• Ready and willing participate in all management activities
• Participating in other department arrangements and completing other work given by superiors.
• Assist meetings translation in verbal and written (Indonesia, Mandarin)
• Create reports to superiors
• Coordinate and supervise daily operations according to policies
• Assisting in implementing plans and goals for the Departments
• The maintenance of corporate reputation by compliance
•  As personal assistant and Chinese translator with all office staff
• Accompany business trips to visit dealers.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree (S1)
• Excellent in Mandarin (Speaking, Writing and Translation)
• Have good skills in Mandarin (certified is a plus) both orally and in writing (can listen, speak, read, write).
• Disciplined, easy to communicaten and well organized
• Have good communication skills, the ability to analyze and solve problems (problem-solving skills), have high flexibility, creative thinking skills, and good management skills.
• Have a sense of responsibility towards work, work effectively, can work under pressure.
• Willing to go on business trips local and overseas.
• Computer literate and Microsoft office (word, excel, power point)
• Salary negotiable based on ability and experience of the candidate after going through the interview.
