Admin Service Center & Operational

Job Requirement:

* Diploma is required

* Experience in same field as admin or preferable admin service center. OR, someone that has passion with any electronic products like Home & kitchen Appliance & vacuum cleaner products

* Promptly and fast response to any enquires or chats through WA & Calls

* Working closely with Technician

Job Description:

* Response & Report Customer Complaint Chat in Whatsapp, or Directly

* Create the batch no for service order Technician

* Report to customer about the unit service progress (receive – finished)

* Received and Sending the Unit which needed or already finished service to Customer

* Doing daily, monthly report for service and claim service

* Responsible and be a PIC for our third party Technicians

* Responsible for all spare part Stock, Inbound & Outbound (include Stock Opname)

* Back up Chat Customer in Whatsapp, DM Sosmed, e-Commerce Platform, and Cross-selling (If have)

* Doing some other administration jobs* Could be join immediately, and willing to be placed on PIK, Jakarta Utara
