Responsibility :

  • Make sales plans and look for product and service opportunities as well as manage/map customer accounts and manage sales team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, semester and yearly basis that refers to company profits.
  • Lead and support team member development plans to achieve group targets and individual targets for each member.
  • Manage strategy and train the sales team to get optimal performance including providing consultation and internal discussions to the sales team to provide solutions in the process of getting customers and company revenue.
  • Conduct personal reviews of the team to build effective communication, understand the training and development needs of the team and get ideas to improve the team's performance in sales
  • Prepare an action plan for the sales team and monitor its implementation to ensure the team can carry out sales activities effectively and are in accordance with the planned targets and strategies made.
  • Controlling sales department costs to ensure cost effectiveness in the team.
  • Coordinate work or activities that support sales carried out by other internal teams, including with external parties such as: principals and vendors so that all processes can be carried out according to procedures, regulations and the company's code of ethics

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Preferably Management, Business, Marketing, Computer Science/Information Technology and Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication). 
  • Minimal 5 years of experience as Head of sales account manager in Banking Industry or IT Consulting in Regulatory Banking projects.
  • Required Skill(s): Account Management, Sales and IT Related, Selling Skill, Negotiation skill and Office Application
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Preferably Assistant Managers / Senior Staff specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
