1.      Presenting Product Asian Paints to Interior Designer, contractors, architects Consultant, and Owner. Build business relationship with Architects and interior designers.

2.      Sales target of minimum BOQs and Project specification of Asian Paints products on hi rise/large projects. The Sales specifier is responsible for generating sales through the architect and Interior Designer channel for large sites.

3.      Organising and giving workshops/training at architect offices for Asian paints products with aim of Brand awareness.

4.      Work with the builders/Contractors of both companies to control quality of implementation at the converted site

5.      To develop our presence, market share and brand visibility in the Architect and interior designer segment.

6.      Establish Asian Paints brand awareness in Decorative Project and Powder market by providing Asian Paints products’ specifications to get customers’ acceptance on product quality

7.      Organize project prospect funnel

8.      To maintain and develop the best possible relationship with Architects, and provide them with our best possible technical support and service

9.      To participate in the evolution of our strategy to Architects and propose some evolutions of our services, displays, mock ups, marketing tools

10.   Identify potential customers through effective mapping techniques

Requirment :

• Minimum education level – Diploma or equivalent
• Good communication in English
• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience as project spesifier
• Required Skill(s): Brand development, Marketing, Product Knowledge, presentation and Benchmarking
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
