Job Descriptions

1. Accurately estimate plan/spec and design/build HVAC systems using computer estimating systems and other related software.

2. Maintain estimating logs and unit costs for all projects

3. Perform site surveys and attend pre-bid walkthroughs and meetings.

4. Interact with the sales and project management teams to insure all projects are performed under budget and according to plans and specifications.

5. Prepare selection units for AC solution based on drawing, BoQ and unit schedule.

6. Create drawing for the HVAC system 

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Bachelor from Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration major.

2. Have experience in the HVAC industry but fresh grad are welcomed to apply.

3. Ability to read and comprehend autocad drawing of the HVAC systems.

4. Knowledge of different types of HVAC systems and their components.

5. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

6. Flexible and open to changes.

7. Expert in MS excel, power point and word.
