Finance & Accounting Officer

• Maximum 35 years old.
• Minimum 3 years working experience accounting & finance. 

Preferably has experience from an automotive industry.

• Minimum S1 Accounting.
• Must have certificate Brevet A & B

Job Description :

1. Checking the work area of Finance Accounting & Tax Staff (Check, release, post).
2. Checking tax, equalizing witholding tax and VAT. Recording, calculation and reporting.
3. Checking the part/material/merchandise/cash stock take report.
4. Stock units according to system records.
5. Wholesales preparation of acceptances documents.
6. Recording of monthly adjusting journals (journal closing prepaid, depreciation, accrued, amortization, deffered income, VAT, AP/AR aging, rounding).
7. Presentation of financial statement (audit schedule, profit/loss, balance sheet, cash flow).
8. Yearly clossing preparing audit documents, annual adjustments.
