JOB MISSION:
We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist at our Garmin Indonesia Office focusing on providing product support to Garmin customers. In this role, you’ll handle all customer service related to contacts by telephone & e-mail and customer service-related business to business (B2B) with the highest level of professionalism.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Provide prompt and effective responses to customers include trouble shootings, pre-buy inquiries, warranty inquiries, and product technical support.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer service activities. 
  • Process remote troubleshooting to support distributors.  
  • Perform KPI review and service audit.  
  • Monitor buffer supplement and assist with the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and reverse logistic. 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. 
  • Strive to be an expert in all of Garmin Products and Services 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experiences as Customer Care Specialist
  • Communication and problem-solving skills
  • Positive, works well under pressure, high stability, strong “can-do” and customer-oriented
  • Understanding and having experience in electronics devices
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must, Mandarin is a plus
