Basic Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law with minimum GPA . 3.00.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in law firm or as a corporate legal.
• Well-organized, pro-active, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Able to demonstrate high administering and documenting related to legal documentation and preparation or requirement any legal document.
• Exposure to engagement with government officials
• Ability to navigate through regulatory barriers and strategies to find a solution to overcome such barriers
• High attention to detail, Fluent written and spoken English
• Self-motivated, with an ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment
• Computer savvy
• Having an Advocate License from PERADI or knowledge of the legal areas relevant in advertising will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting a to z Litigation process to law enforcement institution related to Legal case of the company.
• Responsible for all company Legal documentation (agreements, legal & business permits, assets, contracts)
• Operating OSS System.
• Provide day to day legal support to suit business needs including reviewing contracts, drafting legal documents, issuing legal opinions, etc in relation to the projects
• Identify any issues in commercial agreements with the merchants, suppliers or business partners
• Regulatory legal research and review of the current existing laws and regulations
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with relevant government authorities
• Handle any legal-related activities with regards to the company’s corporate actions
