Job Description：

1. Responsible for handling day-to-day operational support to ensure the business runs smoothly
2. Support the commercial department in providing data and reports needed
3. Work closely with internal and external clients to ensure all procedures are executed
4. Providing technical support to employees for computer-related issues, such as troubleshooting hardware and software problems
5. Configuring and installing computer systems
6. Providing technical support for various business applications
7. Maintaining and updating the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases
8. Managing user accounts and permissions
9. Monitoring system performance
10. Providing training and support to end users

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
3. Preferable to have IT certification
