Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree 
• 10 years experience in Human Resource Management. 
• Excellent communication in oral and written 
• Excellent interpersonal & coaching skills
• Strong process and project management skills 
• Wel knowledge and experience in competencies and learning development, compensation & benefit, employee relations, and recruitment process. 
• Know-how of HRIS (Human Resource Information System). 

Responsibilities :

• Covers full functions of HR from People Planning, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development and Employee Engagement, including Compensation Benefit System.
• Work with business leaders to develop and align workforce plans to the organization’s current and future strategy. 
• Collaborate with business leaders to review current and future talent supply and demand in terms of manpower 
• Oversee sourcing and hiring procedures, and Build on the employer brand to attract and recruit top talents and develop effective sourcing strategy and resource  
• Engage with leaders to seek clarity on business strategy and co-develop organization key performance indicators that are aligned to business strategy 
• Managing employees' career paths that help increase satisfaction while reducing turnover 
• Design & Launch learning and development programs that grow individual skills and capabilities. 
• Nurture a positive working environment for a positive employee experience 
• Establishes the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
